CEO
Eric loves showing clients the added value that working with BMG brings. He strives to work closely with clients so they understand how every dollar is being spent on a project. He has served as Marketing Director at Telecast Fiber Systems, Marketing Consultant at DexRex, SEO Director at Correlsense, Web Director at Clear Channel, Founder of Leet Tube and Founder of Shred Clothing. A frequent speaker at entrepreneurial and internet marketing events, he can take apart and put together a car engine with his two hands…and a few power tools. |

VP of Strategy
Derek steers strategy for BMG and clients. He strategically identifies business goals and creates winning plans. His background includes executive leadership and founder roles at Amherst Center for Entrepreneurship, Dexrex and CampusLIVE. Derek is inspired modeling information systems such as markets or social networks, and finds time to set sail on sailboat. |

Dan strives to ensure clients get what they need. His client management prowess includes working as Vice President of Operations at Dexrex LLC. Dan has serious graphic design chops and creatively knows his was around the web. A former rugby player at UMass Amherst, Dan spends his free time climbing mountains and playing in a band. |

Josh takes the role of managing all our development resources as well as doing all the front end design and user experience testing. Josh’s experience includes working for Top 10 B2B publisher in North America Pennwell Corp. as a Senior Front-End Developer. In his free time he enjoys hiking around the United States with his dog Murdoch. |

Erica makes sure she has her listening ears on at work. She confesses being passionate about public relations and social media, and she loves to collaborate with clients to meet their content needs. Along with working for a Manhattan recruiting firm, Erica has free-lanced for such companies as Van Vliet and Trap, IRL Productions and GF Management. An outdoor and travel enthusiast, she has an aversion to sneezing. |

Branding Specialist
Alex loves to design the visuals that clients need. Previously, he worked with Apple and Reebok. A member of the Graphic Artist Guild, he also holds a black belt and does bodysurfing, so he’s more than just a cerebral graphic arts guy. Alex won an Outstanding Academics in Art award, is a Lexus Forum Member and Parsons New School for Design graduate. |

Maddy generates entertaining social media and blog content for BMG clients. She loves hooking current and potential customers with content that will pique their interests. She has worked with the University of Massachusetts Amherst as an honors recruiter and with the Sebastien Consultancy advertising agency in Toronto. She loves cake decorating, but don’t come near her with pie. |
